Step two
We call you and set a date
We contact you on the number you left and make sure everything is clear.

What do we decide in the meeting?
In the meeting we agree on everything at once, so we start right.

Paying for the site
We work 50% then 50%
You pay the first 50% after the first meeting, and the other 50% when everything is right.

Online payment with Kashier
In plans 2 and 3 we connect your site to the Kashier payment gateway.

How do I pay?
We work 50% / 50%: the first 50% after the first meeting and the other 50% when everything is right.
Why build a site, and who looks for e-commerce sites?
These sites raise sales a lot, especially with ads: customers get one place to buy from and see everything, which makes their experience easier.
Do I need the top plan to get something good?
No, it depends on your stage. The lowest plan is made for startups, and you get what you pay for.
Can I add InstaPay or Vodafone Cash payment on the site?
Not at the moment. The only way is a note under the products saying payment by Vodafone Cash or InstaPay is available via WhatsApp.
Are there refunds?
Our policy: if work has been done, no. We assess it based on the work done and the amount paid; part of the amount may be returned, or not.
Can I get a fully custom site that looks completely different?
Yes, with limits. Contact us through the site, by phone or on WhatsApp.
Can I upgrade the plan after paying?
Yes, with limits, depending on how far the work has gone.
Can someone upload the products or manage the site for me?
Contact us and, if someone is available, we refer you. They are not part of our team; you deal with them directly.
How long does the site take?
3 to 7 working days in every plan, with a meeting half-way to check everything is right.
